Graduate Student Award for Extraordinary Teaching and Mentoring

Established in 2006 to recognize and encourage extraordinary teaching and mentoring by a graduate student in the School of Engineering, the Graduate Student Extraordinary Teaching and Mentoring Award is presented annually. Any graduate student in the School who has demonstrated extraordinary teaching and mentoring as a teaching or research assistant is eligible.

The final selection of the Graduate Student Extraordinary Teaching and Mentoring Award is made by the Dean of Engineering in the late spring. The winner of the award receives a medal and a $2,000 cash honorarium.
